Do not send funds from a chat screenshot alone. Match the product, company details, bank information and order amount to the official PI.
Wholesale order
Specification, quantity, pack, trade term, lead time and payment schedule are listed on the PI.
OEM project
Formula, sample approval, packaging, artwork, testing scope, production deposit and balance release are linked to project milestones.
Payment security
Verify any bank-detail change through two channels.
If payment instructions change, confirm through the official company email and the published WhatsApp number before sending funds. We never ask buyers to ignore a mismatch between the PI and bank beneficiary.
