A blue liquid and a supplier COA are not proof of usable GHK-Cu. I have seen purchasing teams approve material because the color matched the previous lot, only to discover that the new stock carried more water, a different preservative and no defensible active-content calculation. Start with the basis of sale, not the blue color
Copper Tripeptide-1 may be supplied as a neat reference material, a diluted aqueous concentrate or a preserved water/glycol stock. The quotation must state which basis is being sold. A five-percent stock solution is not five-percent GHK-Cu unless the specification says so explicitly. Record the declared peptide assay, copper basis, counterions, solvent composition, preservative and density. Identity, purity and active content are different results

Do not accept a decorative third-party report
